Position Summary

As a QC Auditor with Dollartree, you'll conduct systematic audits and inspections to verify that our products, processes, and operations meet established quality standards. Your work ensures consistency, compliance, and customer satisfaction across our distribution and retail operations. You'll document audit results, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant teams to drive continuous quality enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special quality control audits on merchandise, inventory, and operational processes
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or non-compliance with quality specifications
• Document audit findings, observations, and corrective actions using established procedures
• Verify that all quality standards and company policies are being followed consistently
• Report audit results to management and collaborate on implementing improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and prepare audit reports for internal review
• Identify trends or recurring issues and recommend preventive measures

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related auditing roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
