What This Role Involves

As a Licensed Retiree Benefits Advisor at Alight, you'll serve clients making critical decisions about their retirement income and healthcare coverage. You'll provide expert guidance on pension elections, benefit selections, healthcare options, and related financial planning questions. Your role is to help retirees understand complex benefit structures and make informed choices aligned with their unique circumstances and long-term needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise clients on retirement benefit options, pension selections, and healthcare coverage choices
• Conduct comprehensive benefit consultations and needs assessments with retiring individuals
• Explain complex retirement plans and regulations in clear, accessible language

Qualifications
