About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our Great Sankey location. In this part-time position, you'll deliver outstanding service in a vibrant pub environment, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you're experienced in hospitality or keen to launch your career in customer service, this role offers the perfect balance of variety and flexibility.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly, creating a warm first impression
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages to tables with care
• Prepare and serve drinks from the bar efficiently and to our quality standards
• Clear and reset tables between seatings to maintain smooth table turnover
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the pub
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth operations during your shifts
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately using our systems
• Respond to customer requests professionally and resolve any concerns courteously
