Salesforce Developer

Weekdayworks is partnering with one of our valued clients to recruit a Salesforce Developer for a full-time, remote position based in India. If you have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and are ready to build solutions that drive real business impact, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that solve complex business challenges for our client. Working remotely from India, you'll own the full development lifecycle—from understanding requirements and building custom features to testing, deploying, and supporting production systems. As an associate-level developer, you'll collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust Salesforce implementations that enhance process efficiency and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom features and applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Design and implement workflows, process builder automations, and flows to streamline business operations
• Write efficient SOQL and SOSL queries to retrieve and manage data accurately
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs
• Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and uphold development standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide technical support for existing implementations
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and design reviews with stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce metadata API
• Solid understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD deployment tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in team settings
• Clear communication skills and ability to document code and technical decisions
