Position Summary

Core Duties

• Lead operational strategy and execution across assigned clinical trial sites, ensuring timely, quality delivery aligned with therapeutic programme goals
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with site coordinators, principal investigators, and sponsor partners to resolve operational barriers
• Develop and implement site performance strategies, driving continuous improvement in recruitment, retention, and protocol adherence
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards across the franchise network
• Support and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within clinical trial delivery
• Provide strategic input on therapeutic programme direction, informed by real-world operational insights and site feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical operations, site management, or clinical research leadership at a senior level
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver results in complex environments
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams
• Familiarity with clinical research technologies and data management systems is advantageous
