Product Designer (chatbot)

We're hiring a Product Designer (chatbot) to work remotely with Jobgether. You'll help define and refine our conversational AI product that powers recruitment experiences across the United Arab Emirates and beyond.

About This Position

This is a full-time, remote opportunity to design intelligent chatbot interfaces for a growing recruitment platform. You'll own the user experience for conversational interactions that serve recruiting teams, hiring managers, and job seekers across diverse industries. This role balances the technical constraints of AI-driven dialogue with intuitive interface design, allowing you to make a visible impact on how thousands of people search for and secure employment.

Your Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end conversational flows and chatbot interactions that adapt to different user types and business contexts
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to define feature requirements and validate design decisions
• Create design systems and component libraries that enable consistent, scalable chatbot experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine dialogue design and interaction patterns
• Advocate for user needs whilst negotiating technical limitations and business objectives
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and engagement metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design for digital platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in conversational design or chatbot interface design
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work, including user research and design systems
• Ability to work effectively across functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define structure in undefined challenges
• Understanding of how design serves multiple user personas and business use cases simultaneously
