Product Designer (chatbot)

Jobgether is recruiting a Product Designer (chatbot) for a full-time, remote position based in Australia. You'll craft user interfaces for an enterprise-grade Web SaaS CRM platform, working alongside teams to develop flexible design solutions that address varied industry needs and user personas.

About the Role

This position centres on designing an adaptable CRM platform that operates across multiple business sectors. You'll engage with product, engineering, and management to convert fuzzy requirements into refined, extensible design solutions. As a fully remote team member in Australia, you'll weigh research insights, commercial targets, and implementation constraints to deliver experiences that genuinely resonate with end users across different roles and workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to uncover user needs and market patterns
• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to define scopes and specifications
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and polished designs for platform features
• Refine designs through feedback, testing, and analytical review
• Build and evolve design systems to ensure platform consistency
• Participate in strategy sessions to guide product decisions and roadmap priorities

Requirements

• Demonstrated success designing interfaces for SaaS, enterprise, or complex platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design principles and solution methodology
• Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional, remote team settings
• Clear articulation of design reasoning and decisions to mixed audiences
• Comfort navigating uncertainty and adjusting as organisational priorities shift
• Experience designing systems spanning multiple user types or sectors (advantageous)
