Product Designer (chatbot)

Jobgether is seeking a full-time remote Product Designer (chatbot) located in the United States to design and refine conversational interfaces for a Web-based SaaS CRM platform. This is an ideal role for a creative designer who excels at solving complex user experience challenges and translating business requirements into intuitive digital products.

The Opportunity

Join our product design team in creating sophisticated conversational experiences that help businesses across industries manage customer relationships more effectively. What You'll Do

• Design conversational flows and chatbot interfaces that serve diverse user roles and business environments
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling user experiences
• Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to validate design approaches and discover user needs
• Create and evolve design systems and patterns that enable consistent, adaptable experiences across multiple platforms and use cases
• Navigate competing priorities and constraints to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical team members
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data to continuously improve the product

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on product design experience, particularly with SaaS platforms or conversational AI interfaces
• Demonstrated expertise with design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process: research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strategic mindset combined with attention to detail and user-centered design principles
