Product Designer (chatbot)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive chatbot interfaces and conversational workflows within the platform's architecture
• Conduct user research and discovery to understand workflows across different industries and user personas
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align design decisions with both user goals and business outcomes
• Build and evolve design systems that scale across multiple use cases and customer contexts
• Challenge assumptions and propose design solutions that handle complexity and edge cases
• Iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with thoughtful execution

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong background in designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or messaging experiences (or equivalent UI/UX experience in complex systems)
• Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise platform design patterns
• Proven ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and business teams
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing problem-solving approach and design reasoning
• Strong communication skills and comfort with iteration and feedback
