Role Overview

As our Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem, you'll have the opportunity to architect and expand a thriving global partner ecosystem that underpins our business growth. Working remotely from India, you'll blend strategic relationship development with systems thinking, creating durable foundations for partner success whilst driving sustainable business impact across multiple channels and markets.

Core Duties

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with ecosystem participants, building trust and alignment around shared objectives
• Design and refine partnership operations, processes, and enablement frameworks that allow partners to perform effectively
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between partners and internal teams on co-marketing campaigns, co-selling programmes, technical integrations, and customer adoption
• Identify scalability bottlenecks and implement solutions to support ecosystem growth without proportional resource increases
• Champion partner success through consistent communication, progress tracking, and problem resolution

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success managing B2B partnerships or ecosystem relationships at scale
• Strong operational mindset: you enjoy designing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lasting solutions
• Ability to thrive independently whilst balancing multiple stakeholder interests and project workstreams
• Comfort in ambiguity and a track record of problem-solving in complex, fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication skills with partners and internal colleagues across technical and commercial teams
