As our Marketing Ad Operations and Investor Relations professional, you'll be at the centre of our marketing engine—orchestrating campaigns that reach target audiences while building and nurturing investor relationships. You'll work directly with marketing teams, creative partners, and external stakeholders to ensure every initiative meets our high standards for effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Based in India and working within our distributed, remote-first model, you'll contribute to building engaging digital experiences that resonate with both customers and the investment community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across digital advertising platforms and channels
• Manage and organize marketing creative assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all initiatives
• Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive improved performance
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external marketing partners, agencies, and vendors
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on schedule and within scope

• Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital advertising coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and digital tools
