Position Summary

We're looking for a Gen AI Specialist to architect and deploy next-generation intelligent systems. You'll work across the complete spectrum of generative artificial intelligence—from model evaluation and API integration to infrastructure scaling and operational excellence. This role sits at the convergence of product development, experimental AI work, and production reliability, perfect for an engineer who thrives building systems that are both innovative and dependable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using large language models and generative AI frameworks
• Integrate AI APIs and models into cloud-native production architectures
• Experiment with emerging generative AI techniques to tackle business and technical challenges
• Create automation pipelines that unite AI capabilities with solid software engineering principles
• Build observability and monitoring systems across AI-driven applications
• Optimize data workflows and processing pipelines for scale and performance
• Work cross-functionally to translate AI innovations into measurable value
• Iterate on solutions based on production usage patterns and operational feedback

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with generative AI models and LLM APIs
• Strong software engineering foundation: APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent), and modern development practices
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code approaches
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure
• Experience with automation and orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of observability practices: structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies
• Comfort balancing rapid experimentation with production stability requirements
