DevOps Engineer

What This Role Involves

As a DevOps Engineer at Jobgether, you'll own critical infrastructure that powers complex digital systems serving large audiences. This position sits at the intersection of development, quality assurance, and operations—delivering the automation, tooling, and processes that enable teams to ship software confidently and frequently. You'll manage environments spanning cloud platforms and on-premises resources, designing solutions that eliminate manual work, reduce risk, and accelerate time-to-value.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation that scales across diverse technology stacks
• Own the design and optimization of build, test, and release pipelines that teams depend on daily
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure platform stability and performance
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause improvements with development and operations partners
• Champion infrastructure-as-code practices, version control, and repeatable deployment processes
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to strengthen our operational posture

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience with infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and container orchestration
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or comparable infrastructure environments
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines in production settings
• Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security fundamentals
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you thrive working across technical and non-technical teams
