Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire sponsor operations process, from onboarding new sponsors to ensuring seamless execution of events and campaigns. Your primary focus will be on fostering long-term relationships with our sponsors, ensuring they receive exceptional value and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sponsorship programs to maximize ROI for our sponsors.
- Manage the onboarding process for new sponsors, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all sponsor deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
- Analyze sponsor performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support sponsor success.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sponsorship or similar operations roles.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful sponsorship programs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
