Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary

As Senior Financial Analyst at Prime System Solutions, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with complex financial data, deliver actionable insights to senior management, and contribute directly to the company's financial strategy and performance. You will work on-site in Islamabad, collaborating with finance, operations, and business teams to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of company performance, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend evaluation
• Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles; track actual performance against targets
• Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement
• Develop financial models to support business cases, project evaluation, and strategic recommendations
• Maintain financial documentation, ensure data accuracy, and comply with internal controls and audit requirements
• Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and translate complex information into clear insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work with large datasets, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, or business intelligence tools is advantageous
