HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead

Prime System Solutions is recruiting an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to drive strategic human resources initiatives across our business units in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This is a full-time role for an experienced HR leader ready to shape organisational culture and deliver measurable people outcomes.

The Opportunity

As HRBP Lead, you'll partner directly with senior business stakeholders to align HR strategy with corporate goals, influence talent decisions, and champion organisational excellence. You'll take ownership of employee experience, workplace culture, and the systems that drive high performance across Prime System Solutions. This role offers real autonomy to lead transformation initiatives and build a scalable HR capability for a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and business partnering across assigned business units, translating corporate priorities into targeted people initiatives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to build capability and retention within the organisation
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement programmes that foster a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour law and organisational policy; advise on employment matters and risk mitigation
• Drive change management and communication during organisational transformation or restructuring
• Lead continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making
• Mentor and develop HR team members, building depth and expertise within the function

Who We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive human resources experience, with 3+ years in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role
• Strong understanding of Pakistan labour law, compliance frameworks, and employment best practice
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR initiatives through effective communication and relationship-building
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organisational development
• Competence with HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies
• Leadership qualities: strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, emotional intelligence, and accountability
• Professional HR qualification (CIPD, CHRP, or equivalent) highly valued
