Role Overview

As an AR and Collections Specialist with Prime System Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of accounts receivable for our organisation. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong relationships with our clients. Based in Lahore, you'll work with a team dedicated to professionalism and efficiency in financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up on accounts receivable
• Initiate contact with clients regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements when necessary
• Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and collection notices
• Process payments received and reconcile accounts against company records
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing disputes with clients
• Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities and payment agreements
• Generate reports on accounts receivable status and collection metrics for management review
• Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks and special projects

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management, collections, or similar financial operations role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive payment discussions professionally
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively
• Understanding of accounting principles and invoicing practices
• Professional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English; Urdu is advantageous
