B2B Project Manager

Platzi is hiring a B2B Project Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you'll drive business outcomes by managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects that impact our B2B partnerships.

What This Role Involves

As a B2B Project Manager at Platzi, you'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring every project stays on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You'll oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while building strong relationships with key business partners. Your focus will be on translating client needs into actionable project plans and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

Core Duties

• Plan, execute, and oversee B2B projects from initiation through completion
• Manage client communication, expectations, and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, product, and operations to deliver on commitments
• Track project progress, identify risks early, and implement solutions to keep deliverables on schedule
• Prepare reports and documentation for clients and leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across project delivery

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients

• Fluency in English and Spanish for client and team interactions
