Executive Assistant

We're seeking an Executive Assistant to join Platzi in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a full-time position supporting leadership and enabling operational excellence across our growing organization.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant at Platzi in Bogotá, you'll be the organizational backbone for our leadership team. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate high-impact meetings, handle sensitive communications, and ensure smooth operations across multiple departments. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become urgent.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones and departments
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and distribute action items and summaries
• Handle executive correspondence, screen communications, and prioritize incoming requests
• Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, and itinerary coordination for leadership
• Maintain confidential records and organize documentation systems
• Coordinate internal events, off-site gatherings, and team activities
• Support budget tracking and expense management for executive operations
• Serve as liaison between executives and departments, facilitating seamless communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative leadership role
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated discretion and trustworthiness handling confidential information
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate executive needs
• Familiarity with tech or startup environments is valued
