Position Summary

The Traffic Operator / Coordinator manages the flow of media materials, communications, and operational tasks across departments. You'll coordinate scheduling, monitor system workflows, and ensure all materials move through production and delivery channels on time and accurately. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our team's ability to deliver quality output consistently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the movement of media materials and content through production workflows
• Monitor and manage traffic systems to ensure timely processing and delivery of materials
• Communicate with multiple departments to track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of material movement and project status
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues that may impact delivery timelines
• Support production teams by providing real-time visibility into content status and scheduling

Requirements

• Proven experience in traffic coordination, operations, or a similar role in media or broadcast environments
