Territory Coordinator

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC is seeking a Territory Coordinator to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our operations and sales initiatives within the territory.

The Opportunity

As a Territory Coordinator, you will serve as a key operational point of contact for your assigned region. You'll manage workflows that connect customers, internal teams, and stakeholders across the territory, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of business objectives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks and activities across the assigned territory
• Maintain and update customer databases and territory records to support accurate reporting
• Support sales operations by preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing communications
• Track territory performance metrics and compile data for team meetings and leadership reviews
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately to resolve concerns
• Liaise between regional teams and headquarters to ensure alignment on territory strategies
• Assist with event coordination, site visits, or project initiatives within the territory

Requirements

• Proven experience in a territory coordination, sales support, or similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Korean language skills are advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and data management
• Familiarity with sales operations or media industry experience is preferred but not required
