About the Role

As a Training and Implementation Consultant in our Accounts and Finance team, you'll lead the successful rollout of financial systems for Pinewood.AI's clients. You'll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure that organisations adopt new accounting solutions confidently and effectively. Your work will directly impact how efficiently finance teams operate, from day one through full adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes tailored to end-users across various finance functions
• Manage implementation timelines, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth system deployments
• Document business processes and create training materials including user guides, quick-reference sheets, and troubleshooting resources
• Conduct system configuration reviews to verify alignment with client accounting requirements
• Provide hands-on support during go-live phases and follow-up periods to resolve issues and reinforce learning
• Gather feedback from finance teams and stakeholders to refine implementation approaches
• Identify and escalate technical or process gaps that may affect system adoption

What You Bring

• Proven experience implementing accounting or financial management software systems
• Working knowledge of financial processes, general ledger operations, and accounts payable/receivable workflows
• Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple workstreams and timelines
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams and across technical departments
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability when facing implementation challenges
