Predoc is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time remote position based in New York, New York, United States. In this role, you'll own outbound prospecting and lead qualification, building pipeline through strategic prospecting while partnering closely with our Account Executive team to drive revenue growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll take ownership of your sales development strategy and results in a remote, full-time role. You'll identify and qualify high-potential prospects aligned with our target customer profile, develop meaningful relationships through multi-channel outreach, and set up qualified meetings for our sales team. This position offers the autonomy to shape your prospecting approach while collaborating closely with experienced sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and social channels to build qualified pipeline
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ideal customer profile criteria and business priorities
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings with prospects and transition them to Account Executives with comprehensive context
- Maintain accurate, detailed CRM records to ensure visibility and accurate forecasting across the sales organization
- Partner with Account Executives to refine messaging, validate targeting, and optimize prospecting strategies
- Monitor and analyze key prospecting metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive consistent results
- Contribute to team success through participation in training, skill development, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales development, inside sales, or similar revenue-focused role
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling outreach messages
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales development tools
- Self-motivated and coachable with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with teammates
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environments a plus
