McLeod Home Care is hiring part-time caregivers for evening and overnight shifts in Wade Hampton, Greenville County. We're a trusted non-medical home care provider dedicated to supporting seniors and clients who need compassionate, professional in-home assistance, and we're actively building our team in your area.

About the Role

This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling for evening and overnight hours. You'll be paid weekly and work directly with clients in their homes, providing dignified, person-centered care. Our team values individuals who bring genuine compassion and reliability to every shift—caregivers who take pride in making a real difference in people's daily lives.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and support during evening and overnight hours
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders (per care plan)
• Monitor client wellness and communicate any concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment and respect client privacy
• Document care activities and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and the care team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar care role
• Compassion, patience, and genuine enjoyment working with seniors and vulnerable adults
• Reliability and the ability to work independently during evening and overnight shifts
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and clean background check
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain it
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care
