Designworks Talent is searching for a seasoned Agency Recruiter – Full Desk to join a results-driven collective of independent recruitment professionals. This is a remote (U.S.) opportunity structured as an independent contractor, 100% commission engagement for recruiters who already know how to run a desk.
About the Role
The Agency Recruiter – Full Desk role with Designworks Talent is purpose-built for established recruiters who have managed every stage of the hiring lifecycle on their own. Rather than operating like a conventional staffing firm, Designworks Talent brings together proven specialists who own their client relationships and drive their own revenue. If you thrive on autonomy and are motivated by a performance-based, commission-only model, this position rewards the entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a complete full-desk function, handling both business development and candidate delivery
- Build and nurture client relationships from initial outreach through to placement
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates across active searches
- Generate revenue independently while leveraging the support of an experienced recruiter network
- Manage your own pipeline, priorities, and workflow as an independent contractor
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience running a full-desk recruiting operation
- A track record of managing client accounts end-to-end
- Proven ability to produce placements and generate revenue
- Comfort working independently under a 1099, 100% commission structure
- Authorization to work remotely within the United States
