As a Specialist Logistics Performance, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and performance across Delivery Hero's logistics operations in Maadi and surrounding areas. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on delivery performance metrics, process optimisation, and team coordination. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, operations management, and strategic planning to ensure our logistics operations meet and exceed performance targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse key logistics performance indicators, including delivery times, order accuracy, and service levels
• Identify performance bottlenecks and develop actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with delivery partners, warehouse teams, and logistics coordinators to implement performance improvements
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards tracking logistics performance trends and metrics
• Support process optimisation initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve operational issues affecting logistics performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless logistics execution

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in logistics, operations, or performance analysis within a fast-paced delivery or supply chain environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with logistics software systems and performance tracking tools is advantageous
