We're looking for a skilled Medical Assistant Secretary to play a vital role across multiple physician practices. You'll be the backbone of our clinical and administrative operations, bridging patient care with efficient office management.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient intake, registration, and check-in workflows
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across multiple providers
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorizations
• Support physicians during patient exams and clinical procedures
• Handle patient calls, inquiries, and communication with sensitivity and professionalism
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
• Assist with billing and records management coordination

What We're Looking For

• Current Medical Assistant certification or relevant healthcare certification
• Proven experience in a medical office or clinical environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to manage patient interactions with compassion and professionalism
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
