Position Summary
The Research & Advisory Analyst role combines desktop analysis, strategic documentation, and client engagement across multiple Facilities Management advisory projects. You'll work on comprehensive studies spanning residential, retail, office, hospitality, and public realm environments, supporting the full lifecycle from strategy definition through to vendor mobilisation and service integration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth desktop research and benchmarking to inform FM strategy and operational planning
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, tender documents, and contract schedules for FM service providers
- Evaluate supplier proposals and analyse commercial models to recommend optimal service delivery approaches
- Draft strategic papers, governance frameworks, and service integration protocols
- Support FM provider onboarding, transition planning, and mobilisation activities
- Manage competing deliverables and maintain high standards of presentation and documentation
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an organised, analytical professional with a track record in Facilities Management, real estate advisory, or strategy support.
- 3–5 years' experience in Facilities Management, real estate consulting, or strategic advisory roles
- Proven competency in research, benchmarking, and technical documentation
- Expertise drafting strategy documents, operational scopes, and compliance summaries
- Advanced Excel and presentation design skills
- Knowledge of ISO standards, RICS frameworks, or similar asset-management methodologies
- Excellent written English and clear communication ability
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently under deadline pressure
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
