Position Summary

The Sales Team Leader will take charge of building and leading a high-performing sales team, establishing the strategic direction for sales initiatives, and delivering measurable business results. You'll inspire your team to exceed targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement and service excellence within the Port Elizabeth and Nelson Mandela Bay region.

Core Duties

• Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance and professional development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and resource allocation
