About the Role

As an Associate Clinical Data Coordinator at IQVIA, you'll support our data management team in executing complex clinical trials and research programmes. Partnering with data managers and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that all clinical data is managed with precision, compliance, and efficiency. Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Data Manager in overseeing data management activities for assigned clinical projects, ensuring adherence to sponsor protocols and regulatory requirements
• Support data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation processes to maintain the highest standards of data quality
• Liaise with clinical sites, sponsors, and internal departments to resolve data queries and facilitate timely project delivery
• Participate in database design, setup, and testing activities
• Document and track data discrepancies, working to resolve them efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to the preparation of data management plans and standard operating procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in clinical data management or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data management principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in data management tools and systems
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (GCP, CDISC standards) is highly valued
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
