Senior Full Stack Developer (all genders)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential eMobility technology organization based in Berlin. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their cloud-native platform engineering team. In this role, you will design and build scalable applications that support electric mobility infrastructure across multiple markets.

This is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week onsite in Berlin, with the remainder remote from within Germany.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and TypeScript
• Build secure REST APIs and responsive user interfaces while following clean code and software engineering best practices
• Develop and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high software quality through automated testing, code reviews, performance optimization and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, QA, Architects and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex technical issues while improving application reliability, scalability and security
• Mentor other engineers, contribute to technical discussions and help establish engineering best practices across the team

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience developing full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5 and SCSS
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems and modern software architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and Git in cloud-native environments
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis) and automated testing frameworks
• Solid knowledge of clean code principles, software design patterns, secure software development and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in English (working language)
