About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential consulting organization in München that is building its AI transformation practice. We are seeking an AI Strategy Intern to support client-facing projects and internal capability development. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student to gain hands-on experience applying AI solutions to real business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of business processes and identify optimization opportunities through AI implementation
- Assist in advising business units and developing tailored AI strategies aligned with client objectives
- Contribute to concept development, feasibility studies, and prototype creation
- Support the implementation and continuous optimization of AI solutions in production environments
- Assist in conducting workshops and training sessions to build AI literacy across client organizations
- Support clients throughout their AI transformation initiatives from planning through execution
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Solid foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications
- Practical experience programming in Python
- Initial hands-on experience with common AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain
- Familiarity with database systems including vector and graph databases
- Good understanding of technical implementation and solution architecture
- Confidence in the technical design of solution approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and a visionary perspective on business transformation
- Team player who is highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for client-facing interactions
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
- Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
