HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in München seeking an HR Management Intern / Working Student to support their people operations. In this role, you will:

• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract modifications, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with the team to develop and digitize HR processes and digital personnel files
• Help improve workflows to make them more efficient, transparent, user-friendly, and scalable
• Capture and organize all HR-related data in the digital HR management system in a structured manner
• Take ownership of independent projects such as analyzing employee surveys, organizing training sessions and internal events, and revising benefits programs

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program
• Strong interest in people operations, employee experience, and digital transformation in HR
• Ideally some initial practical experience in HR through internships, working student positions, or student initiatives
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
• Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems is a plus
• Comfort using AI tools while maintaining critical thinking about results
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages)
