Werkstudent:in Vertrieb / Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B organization in Hamburg seeking a working student for sales development. In this role, you will:

• Identify prospective companies and research relevant decision-makers for B2B outreach, independently preparing initial contact materials
• Support sales managers by making first contact with potential new clients and identifying the right points of contact
• Schedule web meetings between prospective clients and account executives
• Work closely with sales managers and account executives, gaining direct insight into professional B2B sales processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university and available up to 20 hours per week (flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks by arrangement)
• Enjoy communicating and feel comfortable picking up the phone to speak with new people
• Resilient mindset—you stay motivated, friendly, and curious even when hearing "no"
• Structured and reliable work style with the ability to organize tasks independently and remain motivated during busy periods
• Very good German language skills and good English communication ability
• Prior experience in sales, new client acquisition, or with a CRM system like Salesforce is a plus but not required
