Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential civil engineering construction organization in München. In this senior site management role, you will:
- Lead demanding infrastructure projects independently from preparation through successful completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction site teams
- Ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and quality requirements
- Serve as primary contact for clients, planning firms, and project stakeholders throughout all construction phases
- Execute change order management and maintain complete project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Multiple years of professional experience as a construction site manager in civil engineering
- Solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract regulations) as well as construction contract and change order management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
