Responsibilities
Our client, a well-established civil engineering construction firm in Bavaria, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) for their München location. You will independently lead complex infrastructure projects from preparation through successful completion, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams throughout the construction phase. Your role includes ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and planning offices. You will also handle claims management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and construction contract and claims management
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational competence with entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
- German language proficiency required for this role
