Product Manager – Platform Experience & Cloud Administration (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Product Manager to own platform experience and cloud administration capabilities. In this role, you will define product strategy and roadmap for core platform experiences including navigation, onboarding, user access management, and administrative consoles.

Working closely with engineering, design, and architecture teams, you will drive improvements that enhance usability and platform scalability for thousands of users worldwide. Your responsibilities include:

• Owning product vision, roadmap, and priorities for platform navigation, base UI components, and cloud console capabilities
• Conducting user research, gathering stakeholder input, and validating opportunities to ensure impactful product investments
• Improving navigation flows, onboarding experiences, session management, and integrations with platform analytics and feature management
• Enhancing self-service administration tools enabling IT teams to efficiently manage environments, users, permissions, and access controls
• Guiding initiatives from concept through delivery, launch, and communication while ensuring measurable outcomes
• Balancing customer needs, technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term platform goals to make informed product decisions
• Collaborating with technical leaders to align delivery with sustainable architecture and scalability requirements
• Partnering across product, design, engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership to drive successful execution
• Defining key outcomes, measuring adoption and experience improvements, and continuously optimizing platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a product manager with strong enterprise SaaS experience and a track record of owning foundational platform areas. The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience owning platform services, administrative experiences, developer portals, or similar infrastructure-related products
• Strong understanding of the needs of both IT administrators and end users
• Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in complex, cross-functional environments
• Ability to build trust with engineering teams through clear problem definition, structured thinking, and pragmatic decision-making
• Experience navigating dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and turning complexity into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Success in your first year includes enabling administrators to complete common tasks independently, reducing time-to-value for new users through enhanced onboarding, and establishing a clear multi-year platform roadmap supported by key stakeholders.
