About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential professional services firm in London (Mayfair). We're seeking a Paralegal who will report to the General Counsel and drive AI and legal technology adoption across the legal function. This isn't a role for someone merely interested in legal tech—you must already be fluent in using AI tools to transform legal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Champion and embed AI-enabled legal tools across the team—identify, trial, and implement solutions that accelerate drafting, research, and review processes
- Prepare and quality-check first drafts of engagement letters, NDAs, and standard contracts using AI tools, escalating non-standard matters appropriately
- Build and maintain an AI-tagged contract and precedent library for efficient knowledge management
- Conduct AI-assisted legal and regulatory research, sense-checking outputs and summarising findings in accessible language
- Serve as the team's go-to resource for legal tech platforms including CLM, e-signature, matter management, and AI drafting tools
- Develop lightweight automations and prompt templates to reduce manual administrative tasks
- Maintain statutory registers, company secretarial records, and board/governance documentation
- Support client onboarding processes and respond to audit/review documentation requests
- Work closely with the General Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, and Risk & Compliance Manager
What We're Looking For
- Strong, demonstrable experience using AI and legal tech tools in a professional legal setting (AI drafting/review tools, legal research assistants, CLM or automation platforms)—this is a core, non-negotiable requirement
- Proven track record of driving AI or legal tech adoption within a legal or compliance team
- Confidence learning and implementing new software quickly, with ability to train colleagues effectively
- Paralegal qualification (e.g. CILEX), law degree/LPC, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in professional services or fast-growth technology environments
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills with sharp attention to detail
- Strong judgement to identify when AI-generated content requires human review or correction
- Highly organised with ability to thrive in a collaborative, flat team structure
