AI Content & Design Creator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization seeking an AI Content & Design Creator to transform their content production through artificial intelligence. Working closely with the Senior Art Director, you will translate campaign and content strategies into visual assets using cutting-edge AI tools.

Your responsibilities include:

• Concepting and producing graphics, social media content, ad creatives, and product visuals using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Photoshop Generative Fill)
• Collaborating with Senior Art Director and Content Marketing Manager to execute campaign concepts through visual and video storytelling
• Building and maintaining AI-supported content workflows and automations (template systems, batch production, content pipelines)
• Creating video and motion content with AI tools (Runway, Sora, CapCut AI or similar) for social media and advertising
• Evaluating and implementing new AI tools for design, content, and automation
• Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all AI-generated assets

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• Education or training in graphic design, media design, communication design, or comparable background—career changers with strong portfolios are welcome
• Hands-on, practical experience with AI tools for image and video generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway or similar)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Understanding of prompting techniques and workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make) is advantageous
• Strong sense for brand identity and visual language with high quality standards for your work
• Proactive, experimental working style—you test new tools before others have heard of them
• German language skills required for this Rüsselsheim-based position
