Remote Werkstudent:in Marketing, Brand & Content (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a specialized recruiting consultancy focused on the e-commerce sector. Our client is building out their brand presence and marketing function, and they need a talented working student to help drive content, brand strategy, and marketing execution.

This is not a typical working student role where you simply support others. You'll own projects, work directly with the founder, and have real influence on how the brand develops. Location: Remote (Germany-based), with occasional events and co-working sessions in Hamburg or Berlin

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder and a specialized agency to develop and refine the brand architecture
• Translate brand strategy into concrete content formats, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
• Build a scalable content engine from ideation through publication
• Create and publish content for LinkedIn and other relevant organic channels
• Research relevant topics, trends, and discussions in e-commerce, recruiting, and the job market
• Leverage AI tools extensively for research, ideation, copywriting, and process optimization
• Test new content formats, hooks, and topics; analyze what works and iterate quickly
• Develop your own ideas for campaigns and job-related marketing measures
• Produce, test, improve, and take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university or Hochschule for at least six more months
• Relevant degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business
• Strong instinct for brand voice, language, and digital content
• Confident user of AI tools for content and marketing work
• Previous projects or experience with a brand, agency, or personal brand is a plus
• Independent work style, high execution speed, and eagerness to take ownership
• Fluent German (native or near-native level) and good English skills
• Occasional availability for events and co-working sessions in Hamburg or Berlin
