We are representing a confidential PR and business coaching organization in Frankfurt am Main that serves entrepreneurs, consultants, and professionals seeking media visibility and strategic positioning.
As a Chat Setter, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels
- Building genuine conversations rather than sending templated messages
- Qualifying prospects by understanding their needs, goals, and investment readiness
- Scheduling qualified leads for sales conversations with our client's closing team
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with existing contacts
- Documenting and managing leads systematically

Must-have skills:
- Excellent written communication in German
- Confident yet personable presence in written interactions

- Comfort with daily outbound prospecting
- Results-driven mindset
- Prior experience as a setter, ideally with high-ticket services
