Product Manager, Agentic AI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential RegTech organization seeking a Product Manager for Agentic AI in Berlin. In this role, you will take full end-to-end ownership of new agentic AI products—systems where models reason, act, and learn autonomously—serving a wide enterprise customer base.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Own your product area end to end: from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through delivery, launch, and iteration
• Conduct customer discovery interviews, analyze usage data, and develop evidence-based perspectives on what to build and why
• Prototype ideas early and often using AI-generated prototypes and other rapid testing methods to validate assumptions before full development
• Leverage AI and agentic tooling as a personal force multiplier for faster research, prototyping, and requirements gathering
• Define success metrics upfront and track them through to delivery
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer teams to unblock problems quickly and coordinate product launches
• Communicate product plans and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership, defending prioritization decisions with confidence

What We're Looking For

• Builder mindset with a bias to action—you prototype, test, and ship with pace, staying decisive even with incomplete information
• Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, LLMs, and agentic tooling, with the ability to bring teams along in adopting these technologies
• Product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a clear track record of owning and shipping product (not just supporting it)
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and commercial teams in an agile environment on complex, multi-stakeholder products
• Comfort with data-informed decision-making: defining metrics, analyzing product performance, and using evidence to prioritize
• Passion for building AI applications that deliver practical, elegant solutions

This position is hybrid-based in Berlin with access to exceptional office amenities. You'll work closely with a compact, high-performance engineering team and executive leadership focused on agentic AI innovation.
