Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential service organization seeking a Recruiter to join their remote team. In this role, you will:

• Source and match qualified candidates to open positions
• Develop and post job advertisements across multiple channels
• Conduct pre-screening assessments and initial candidate interviews
• Manage online job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
• Support talent marketing and workforce development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes career changers and candidates from non-traditional backgrounds. The essential requirements include:

• Primary or secondary residence in Germany
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbit)
• Strong communication skills in German
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources

This is a flexible opportunity available as part-time (8–15 hours per week), full-time, or freelance/virtual assistant arrangement. Compensation adjusts according to hours and qualifications.
