Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SAP consultancy seeking an ABAP Developer specializing in Warehouse Management and Mobile Applications to join their team in Würzburg.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with business consultants to develop custom software solutions from initial concept through go-live, focusing on user-friendly applications
- Design and develop innovative features that simplify end-user workflows and enhance the overall user experience
- Test new functionality and optimize existing processes to improve system performance
- Contribute to AI-supported approaches for development, documentation, and quality assurance
- Apply your technical expertise and process understanding to deliver solutions that measurably improve daily operations for users
- Occasionally accompany consultants on client visits to provide development expertise and support
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 3 years of experience in ABAP development (both classic and object-oriented)
- Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Sales and Distribution (SD) modules
- Experience with SAP UI5 for mobile and web application development
- Willingness to participate in occasional client visits and provide technical support to consulting teams
- Fluent German language skills (business level); good English proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative abilities
The position offers a 32.5-hour work week with the option for a 4-day schedule, unlimited contract, flexible working arrangements including home office, and comprehensive onboarding. Located in Würzburg with excellent transport connections.
