AI Enablement Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software consulting organization with operations across Northern Europe. Our client seeks an AI Enablement Lead to drive internal AI adoption across multiple country offices. This is a remote position based in North Macedonia, working with distributed teams across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

This role focuses on people, communication, and organizational change rather than deep technical implementation. You'll be the bridge between business teams and AI possibilities—helping colleagues work smarter by identifying opportunities, running training sessions, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with teams across marketing, sales, IT, and engineering in multiple countries to identify AI opportunities and understand operational pain points
• Develop and maintain a prioritized AI enablement roadmap based on business impact and feasibility
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives from ideation through validation, defining scope, success criteria, and business cases
• Design and deliver engaging online training sessions and workshops to upskill colleagues on AI tools and best practices
• Drive internal adoption through effective communication, addressing resistance, and celebrating successful implementations
• Establish pragmatic guidelines for responsible AI use—sensible guardrails without excessive bureaucracy
• Collaborate with technical AI team members to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered efficiently
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership on initiatives, learnings, and measurable impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, consulting, or digital transformation roles
• Proven experience working with Nordic or Western European clients or stakeholders—you understand regional business culture and communication styles
• Demonstrated ability to run engaging training sessions, workshops, or presentations (please share examples in your application)
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI and LLM capabilities—you can explain what's possible without needing to build it yourself
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional Nordic languages are advantageous
• Track record of driving adoption of new tools or processes across organizations—you know how to influence without formal authority
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones and countries
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred qualifications: Experience in industrial automation, OT/IT environments, or technology consulting; background in change management methodologies; familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot; experience working in or visiting Scandinavia.

Pay
