This organization brings together stakeholders from business, philanthropy, civil society, and the public sector to create meaningful collaborations that drive systemic change. They work at the intersection of corporate responsibility, impact entrepreneurship, and cross-sector partnership development.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant and Program Manager for Partnerships & Collective Impact to join their team. This role combines strategic consulting, network facilitation, and program leadership to strengthen collaboration across sectors and maximize social impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategically convene actors from business, civil society, philanthropy, and public sectors to initiate high-impact partnerships and develop innovative forms of cross-sector collaboration
• Design and moderate established dialogue formats in both physical and digital spaces
• Take a central role in a new initiative connecting impact startups with corporations, investors, and enablers from science, government, and civil society to drive structural change around major societal challenges
• Lead and strategically develop a Corporate Citizenship working group, recruiting new corporate participants and shaping impulses for effective corporate social responsibility alongside representatives from business, civil society, and public administration
• Conceptualize, acquire, and manage consulting and partnership projects, including advising startups on impact maximization and investor relationships, and facilitating corporate-nonprofit collaborations
• Independently manage complex projects from conception through partner management to implementation and evaluation, balancing social value creation with economic sustainability

What We're Looking For

• Passionate commitment to social transformation, sustainable business practices, and cross-sector collaboration
• Energy, persuasive skills, and empathy to build trust and mobilize diverse stakeholders toward shared goals, including the ability to inspire and activate skeptical actors
• Proven consulting experience, ideally with startups, investors, or corporations on strategy or organizational development topics, with the ability to design consulting processes, execute them independently, and deliver robust results
• Track record of building or intensively managing networks, ideally involving business and startup ecosystems, with the ability to quickly identify relevant actors and connect them with target groups
• Experience with multi-stakeholder processes or Collective Impact approaches
• Confidence working with decision-makers at executive and leadership levels
• Demonstrated experience in developing and acquiring partners, clients, or funders, and independently leading complex projects
• Fluency in German and strong communication skills required for this Berlin-based role
