Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential hospitality client in their search for a Senior Account Manager with deep expertise in the rental industry. This is a full-time remote position based in Germany, working on a PST schedule to support operations across multiple markets.

Our client operates premium vacation properties and requires a seasoned professional who can balance guest excellence, operational precision, and revenue growth. You'll lead communications, quality assurance, and owner relations while driving strategic initiatives that impact the bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communications with rapid response times to maintain premium service standards
• Review cleaning reports and property documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and scalability
• Maintain ongoing communication with property owners, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships
• Drive supplemental sales activities (approximately one hour daily) to support revenue objectives
• Lead special projects focused on business improvement and guest satisfaction
• Monitor team performance metrics and monthly focus areas

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience in real estate or hospitality operations
• Proven expertise in objection handling and high-level negotiation
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com
• Availability to work PST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time)
• Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and discovery calls
• Background in the short-term rental or vacation rental sector strongly preferred
