Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital agency in Berlin that is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex web and digital projects. In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage online projects in complex stakeholder environments, including public sector and enterprise clients
- Guide clients from initial strategy analysis through implementation and ongoing IT operations optimization
- Ensure project objectives are met while monitoring timelines, resources, costs, and overall project economics
- Lead interdisciplinary teams including developers, test/DevOps engineers, and UX/UI specialists, ensuring effective collaboration across all disciplines
- Support new business development and contribute to creating tailored proposals for prospective clients
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients, managing requirements and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Several years of proven experience leading and managing web and digital projects
- Successful track record delivering web, portal, or CMS projects for public sector organizations or large enterprise structures
- Deep understanding of the communication, governance, and project management requirements unique to public sector and enterprise environments
- Practical expertise applying both agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional project management approaches
- Fluent German language skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to maintain composure in challenging project situations
- Professional, reliable approach with a pragmatic focus on essential outcomes
