Recruitment Manager – Full Time

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead hiring, onboarding, and talent strategy at our Maple, York region facility. This full-time role oversees the complete recruitment lifecycle and works closely with HR leadership, department heads, applicants, and associates to build a strong, engaged workforce.

What This Role Involves

As Recruitment Manager, you'll own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for our Maple location. You'll design and execute recruiting campaigns, manage hiring budgets, establish policies that support growth, and build long-term workforce planning that aligns with business objectives. Your work directly shapes the employee experience from first application through onboarding and beyond, influencing team culture and organizational performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and headcount planning
• Partner with department heads to identify talent needs, define role competencies, and establish selection criteria
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple functions and departments
• Design and execute the complete onboarding program, from offer acceptance through orientation and integration
• Create, update, and maintain recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation
• Oversee recruitment budgets, track spending, manage vendor relationships, and forecast costs
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
• Manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or HR leadership
• Results-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to fill positions and meet hiring timelines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across competing priorities
• Initiative and self-direction in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace
• Experience designing and implementing onboarding programs
• Knowledge of Ontario employment law and recruiting best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
