Role Overview

As Manager, Customer Experience & Operations at Myant Shared Service, you'll lead the customer experience function while optimizing operational workflows across the organization. What You'll Do

• Direct customer experience initiatives that enhance satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty across all touchpoints
• Oversee day-to-day operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies
• Lead and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational support
• Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and commercial teams to align customer needs with business objectives
• Design and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards that support scalable growth
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize operational performance within financial constraints

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer experience, operations, or customer success management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with operational process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
